Originally from New Jersey Gabriella’s Italian Steakhouse is packing extra sunglasses and coming to Delray Beach Florida with a newly inspired Modern Italian Concept focusing on classic Italian dishes with a modern twist along with classic and creative cocktails, says Vincent Celano from Celano Design Studio Co. the designer behind the concept. This new location, the first in Florida for veteran restaurateur owner and operator Frank Brusco; Gabriella’s Modern Italian will be a fresh and vibrant add to the Downtown’s impressive lineup of restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. We are excited to be part of this impressive lineup and add to the downtown vibe.

Project Description:

Gabriella’s Modern Italian brings a fresh and whimsical take on classic Italian dining to Delray in this +/-3,800 square foot location. Brass metal and antique mirror sculptural arches sets the roots as the pillar for this central bar, creating a go-to destination for a curated cocktail or the comforts of a delicious Italian dinner. A jade green channel tufted upholstered bar front and polished marble embellish this oval shaped bar. Large scale framed artwork give the warm walnut wood millwork panel walls a pop of color. Gold velvets, brass metal and rich blues set the palette throughout the upholstered lounge seating and tailored dining banquettes that surround the bar.

Step into the main dining area that sparkles under a large crystal chandelier; a signature glow also found at the original Gabriella’s. The deep green painted tongue & groove panels accent the ceiling over a black and white tile floor mosaic tying the dining space to the bar. Adjacent the arched walnut wood wall panels with antique mirror is a robust wine collection on display. Custom arched brass metal and frosted glass globe wall sconces shine over the diamond tufted banquette and dining chairs of blue and linen woven upholstery.

The bar’s operable glass doors open directly to the outdoor patio to enjoy fresh air dining under a wood trellis canopy and a blanket of hanging lights. Whether you are looking to have a celebration dinner with a group of friends or to enjoy live music with a cocktail; Gabriella’s Modern Italian Delray Beach is sure to make for an elegant, fun night out.
