Villa 66 at Resorts World Las Vegas
Concept Description:
Villa 66 is the premier high-roller hospitality suite on the Las Vegas strip offering
guests a modern design with artistic touches, exquisite details, and the latest in guest integration and
technology.
Project Description:
The design concept for Villa 66 at Resorts World Las Vegas blends the glitz and glamour of the strip
with a sophisticated modern aesthetic, while infusing artistic touches that elevate the suite into a
luxurious and immersive experience. Every detail is carefully curated to create an ambiance of
exclusivity, comfort, and creativity, appealing to the elite tastes of high-profile guests.
As guests enter the suite, they are greeted by an awe-inspiring feature bar and breathtaking views of
the Las Vegas Strip from the 66th floor of the Crockfords tower. This dramatic entry moment sets the
tone for the rest of the space, a delight for the senses around every corner. Hovering over the feature
bar is a dramatic chandelier as large as the bar itself with sculptural lines and modern cut crystals,
cascading from the ceiling, sparkling dramatically and casting a soft, inviting glow. Rich, polished
marble floors with bold geometric patterns at the entry lead the way to the warm walnut herringbone
wood floor that runs through the rest of the suite.
The hangout space, fireplace lounge and dining area adjacent the bar create a seamless fusion of style
and function, where bold artistic elements meet sleek modern design. Deep, rich colors such as
emerald green, gold, and burnt sienna are introduced through plush velvet seating and custom-
designed throw pillows. The furniture pieces are low-profile and luxurious with sleek lines and metallic
accents, giving the space a contemporary yet comfortable atmosphere. A statement element
throughout the suite is a custom brass and acrylic screen with integrated lighting that can cast a warm
glow in the space or activate with different colors to music being played. A sculptural, statement art
piece over the dining table and a vibrant abstract painting in vivid hues, next to the fireplace serve as
high impact moments in the room bringing a burst of creativity and energy to the space. The floor-to-
ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip, allowing natural light to flood the
room, while bespoke drapery adds a soft, luxurious finish.
The Primary bedroom, one of two bedrooms in the suite is a sanctuary of style, drawing its inspiration
from a ‘night out’ in Vegas and the celebration of getting ready with friends to hit the town! The layout
of the room encourages a social atmosphere with a dressing and makeup area open to the rest of the
room, seating area and custom liquor cabinet. A decorative brass and acrylic light tube screen act as
the backdrop for both the dressing area and the sleeping area creating a visual separation of the
spaces while still having it feel open. A custom dressing table and leather upholstered ottoman sit in
front of the screen while a sculptural brass makeup mirror drips dramatically from the ceiling
becoming functional art in the space. A walnut and brass wardrobe, and large floor mirror complete
the space for a premiere dressing experience. In the sleeping area, the focal point is a Texas king-sized
bed with a custom-designed headboard in walnut, gray lacquer and brass with a large gray leather
bedframe with exaggerated tufting. Soft, ambient lighting throughout the room, from modern bedside
table lamps to recessed lighting in the ceiling, creates a serene environment. Artistic touches like
punchy abstract paintings and unique recessed wall panels add personality and depth. An inviting
seating area with sculptural lounge chairs and sleek side table by the window offers a place for guests
to enjoy the view while sipping a cocktail from the custom liquor cabinet adjacent. The space feels
open and airy, with a seamless transition between the indoors and the expansive views of the city
beyond.
The primary bathroom is luxe in every aspect. Book matched white marble slabs wrap the walls and
floors while walnut wood panels create contrast, highlighting the fireplace above the freestanding
soaking tub and creating a unique focal point. The steam shower, with dual-head rain shower is
uniquely situated at the floor to ceiling windows offering a truly unique guest experience.
The secondary bedroom, adjacent to the hangout space, is bold with colorful hair-on-hide and wood
wall panels that run up the walls and along the ceiling creating a dramatic affect in the room. Two
double queen bed frames upholstered in a rich orange leather sit in front of the walls completing the
look.
The secondary bathroom is an indulgent retreat, blending modern design with luxurious materials. The
freestanding bathtub is placed to overlook the stunning views, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that
flood the space with natural light. The vanity features sleek marble countertops and custom black
lacquer cabinetry with gold accents, while the oversized dual head rain shower offers a spa-like
experience. Bold, geometric tiles in shades of green, white and black marble line the floors and walls,
creating a modern and luxurious feel.
The suite is also equipped with the latest in smart technology, including a state-of-the-art sound
system, automated lighting, and climate control. The mood-setting colored light, personalized lighting
control, and statement fixtures create a unique modern luxury for the guest. Upon entering the suite
the first time, guests are greeted with a color palette copied directly from the setting sun over the
distant Las Vegas mountains.
The suite features Power over Ethernet (PoE) lighting controls. This means the entire lighting system
is powered from low voltage network cables, with no need for large, high voltage power runs to any of
the light fixtures. This allows for seamless control of color changing, warm dimming, and decorative
light fixtures from sleek Black Nova panels around the suite. The white light color automatically
adjusts for the time of day, and the client can cycle through party lighting tones at night.
