Concept Description:

Drawing inspiration from the robust flavors of pan-latin culture and cuisine, CENTRADA / Cocina & Cocktails will be the MUST- TRY dining experience from the ESPERTO Hospitality Group.

In a city filled with eclectic and tasteful dining options, CENTRADA aims to stand out by providing the vibrancy of Tulum, the style of Cuba and the intimacy of Barcelona dining to Red Bank. At CENTRADA, the most unique and highly sought-after cuisines of the pan-latin landscape will be featured by Chef Norman Reola. In addition to the cocina, CENTRADA’s cocktail program will highlight an exotic library of tequilas and mezcal that compliments an amazing craft beer and wine menu. Centrada will be one of the most sought-after reservations in Red Bank this Spring, 2022.

Located in the heart of Red Bank, at the intersection of Front and Broad Streets, Centrada will be a 3 storied restaurant carrying 2 dining rooms, 3 bars as well as a private dining room on the 3rd floor. Designed and branded in conjunction with Manhattan based Celano Design studios, this 6,500 sq.ft. restaurant emphasizes the owners vision of a high-energy / modern space with crafted finishes to add an extra level of warmth and comfort to the dining experience. Stylistic geometric wood and tile finishes highlight the primary dining room and bar. The second level brings a touch of tropical nightlife, highlighted by an emerald bar with smoky glass shade lighting, and colorful custom wall murals.

The 3rd level private dining room finishes the concept with a graphical ceiling display and an extended view of the happenings on the lower level. Taking from the namesake CENTRADA, translated from the Spanish verb “centered”, the aim of the Esperto ownership group is “to provide a truly unique and tasteful dining experience, centered to Redbank.”
