Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar offers guests pure, carefully crafted house-made fare from the highest quality sourced ingredients. At the heart of Hearthstone’s comfortable interiors stands two wood-burning ovens where savory, authentic dishes are freshly roasted every day.

Project Description:

Tucked into the heart of the Red Rock Resort Las Vegas, Hearthstone is more than a restaurant—it’s a gathering place, a second home, and a pulse of the community drawn together by good food, shared stories, and the simple pleasures of being present.

Designed to feel like you’re stepping into someone’s home—someone with great taste and a big heart—Hearthstone blends modern sensibility with time-worn charm. A mix of teal green wainscotting and warm sand-colored abstract print wallcovering wrap the walls of the restaurant and play off deep walnut wood accents. A playful mix of fabrics and textures give a richness to the space. White and gray stripes, warm whiskey colored leather, woven teal and ochre fabrics add a sense of playfulness yet familiar and inviting feel to the space. The chairs don’t match, but that’s the point. Nothing is too perfect here. It’s real. It’s comfortable. It’s lived in. The tables are a thoughtful mix of marble and wood with brass accents and custom dining chairs inspired by traditional dining chairs but reinvented with a modern lens making the space cozy and inviting. A place where strangers become neighbors over shared plates and unexpected conversations. Heirloom recipes are reimagined, and crowd favorites from when the restaurant originally opened offer guests a glimpse of the familiar.

Behind the bar, spirits are poured with intention. House cocktails come with a twist of nostalgia and a splash of playfulness set against a backdrop of collected artwork, stacked books and a thoughtful mix of objects. And in the game room—just past the wine room—you’ll find friends gathered around vintage board games, and cheers from around the shuffle board table.
