Concept Description:

Let your appetite roam at Via Via Food Hall, an unmatched collective of celebrated culinary concepts and street-food style eats in the heart of the action on The Venetian casino floor. Inspired by the journey of meandering through the streets of Venice, Via Via invites food lovers to explore several culinary concepts including a speakeasy.

“The Collection” of culinary concepts was carefully selected for its high quality and distinct character, each offering its own flavors, history, and story, much like the streets of Venice. Together, they create an atmosphere of discovery and adventure, inviting guests to explore, savor, and return time and time again to the welcoming and neighborly charm of Via Via.

Project Description:

Located on the ground level of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas—adjacent to the casino and just off the colonnade—Via Via is a vibrant new 17,000-square-foot food hall that welcomes guests with a promenade framed by grand wooden arches and textural raked plaster walls.

Architectural nods to Venice are subtly and thoughtfully integrated throughout. Groin-vaulted plaster ceilings and sweeping arched openings evoke the elegance of classic Venetian design without veering into the overtly themed. These elements lend a sense of rhythm and airiness to the space, while anchoring it firmly within the sophisticated language of the resort.

Beneath it all, a bold geometric marble floor ties the entire hall together, featuring a warm palette of cream, terra cotta, and rich brown. These hues not only echo tones found throughout the resort, but also infuse the space with a fresh, vibrant energy—an inviting foundation for a dynamic dining experience. Via Via showcases a curated lineup of culinary heavy-hitters from around the globe in a space that is as dynamic as it is fun and inviting. A soft cream plaster wraps the walls and ceilings, creating a backdrop that allows each food concept to visually pop and take center stage.

All’Antico Vinaio, the renowned Florentine sandwich shop, is the centerpiece of the food hall. Its stall is anchored by large red decorative metal and glass arches, which frame the sandwich counter and act as a visual beacon for guests entering the space.

Scarr’s Pizza channels the spirit of its original Lower East Side Manhattan location with 1970s-style wood paneling and a gallery of artwork created by friends of owner Scarr Pimentel. A blue stone countertop and shelving—paired with an orange laminate kitchen door—pay homage to Scarr’s favorite team, the New York Mets.

Ivan Ramen features a white oak dining counter, minty blue-green leather barstools, and the brand’s signature anime-style graphics in the overhead signage. A collage wall—a hallmark of the New York location—brings together iconic motifs from Japanese and New York pop culture, including playful illustrations of noodles and cityscapes.

B.S. Taqueria, the bold Los Angeles concept, leans into the brand’s colorful palette through bright teal, blue, black, and cream tiles in a dynamic geometric pattern. Cherry wood and black metal accents provide visual contrast and depth for the collection of traditional Mexican pottery, plants and cookbooks displayed on the metal shelving over the order counter.

Turkey and the Wolf’s quirky and playful spirit is brought forward with a design that pays homage to its New Orleans roots. Sage green porcelain tile wraps the walls and hood, echoing the original location’s wall paint color. Rotating signs feature illustrations of a surfing breakfast sandwich and a cowboy cheeseburger. Display shelves showcase a nostalgic collection of 80s and 90s ephemera—Mr. Potato Head, He-Man and She-Ra action figures, Duke’s Mayonnaise jars, and plastic McDonald’s plates—capturing the restaurant’s fun and lively spirit.

Howlin’ Ray’s design for this vibrant LA-based hot chicken brand leans into Vegas nightlife as the inspiration, bringing forward a mix of black tile and red neon accents for the facade of the stall creating a contrast to the warm plywood interior and order area.

Close Company, a hidden-in-plain-sight bar and lounge, is tucked discreetly at the back of the food hall. Guests enter through a hallway clad in blue-stained plywood and marked by a neon “Cocktails” sign. Designed to feel like a ‘locals’ neighborhood bar transported to The Venetian Resort, the space features a mix of vintage-inspired furniture, modern artwork, and playful, guest-friendly design details.
